Joseph Buschelman: I am all about supporting the local hobyy shop but when it comes to the lipo battery. I can buy 3 for the price of one Thunder power. Maybe even four.

Joseph Buschelman: Donald, the battery that Tom posted is a great battery. It out performs the Thunder Powers that I have had. I have three of them and won't buy any other lipos now.

HAWKS
Welcome to the Hawks Website.
The HAWKS Radio Control Club was formed in the fall of 1977 by a small group of dedicated model airplane enthusiasts. Bob Smorey was the club founder and its first elected president in 1978. The HAWKS have administered several flying sites within Joyce Park and currently run our new facility on Joe Nuxall Way that boasts a 550' by 30' paved runway and taxiways and a new helicopter only site has been built by the HAWKS at the old flying field across the street.
Come on out and fly!
